Webinar Recording: Driving Efficiency - How Firms Use Voice AI for Marginal Gains

Yesterday, our Head of Partnerships, Lindsay Petzer, hosted a webinar exploring how firms are beginning to use Voice AI to deliver meaningful, incremental improvements across their operations.


Titled Driving Efficiency: How Firms Use Voice AI for Marginal Gains, the session focused on the growing pressures facing legal firms today, including rising client expectations, increasing inbound enquiries and the continued demand on teams to do more with less.


During the 30 minute session, Lindsay explored where Voice AI fits within existing firm processes and how firms are using the technology in practical ways across departments such as conveyancing, wills and probate, as well as at a wider firm level including reception and client services functions.


The webinar covered:

• Why communication often breaks down within firms

• How firms are managing increasing volumes of routine enquiries

• Improving consistency in client communication and data capture

• Reducing administrative burden across the firm

• Creating more proactive client engagement throughout the lifecycle of a matter


Attendees also saw examples of how Voice AI can support initial client contact, respond to common enquiries and provide consistent updates to clients throughout their transaction or matter.


A key theme throughout the webinar was that firms are seeing the greatest success when Voice AI is implemented as a support tool for teams, helping improve responsiveness and efficiency while allowing staff to focus on higher value client interactions.
